Q1: How does delivery work?

A: Shades of Mink utilizes the services of Fastway Couriers. If you reside in an area that Fastway services, we will courier to you. If not we will post your products via the South African Postal Service (NB: Parcels for postage are sent out once a week).

Q2: How will I know if my parcel is being posted?
A: Once we have received your order and your shipping address we will check if our courier company services your area. If postage is required we will send you an email to let you know how your parcel is being sent as well as when it will be sent out. We will also send you your tracking number as soon as possible so that you may track your order on the South African postal service track and trace web page.

Q3: I don't live in South Africa. How do I go about shopping on Shades of Mink?
A: We currently facilitate National sales only. We will hopefully provide international sales in the future.

Q4: How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered?
A: With courier services it usually takes between 1-4 days. The South African Postal Service takes 5-7 days (on average) to effect delivery from the date of postage.

Q5: I see that all of the skin care products on Shades of Mink (aside from the sheet masks) are only available on pre-order. How does this work?
A: We receive New skin care stock every Thursday. The stock we get are only products that have been pre-ordered and paid for. As soon as we receive the stock, your order will be promptly sent out to you.

If you ordered both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will not be shipped until all items are in stock.

Q6: How many times a week should sheet masks be used?
A: Sheet masks can be used from as little as once a week to up to 3 times a week. The more often and more consistently you use the masks, the better your results will be.

Q7: I am confused as to which products and masks would be best for my skin. How do I decide?
A: We realize that our range is quite an extensive one. We want you to feel spoilt for choice but not confused or overwhelmed. Send us your details and your skin concerns via our contact us page and we will be happy to give you the best recommendations for your skin concerns.
